With fewer than 10 mental health professionals per 10,000 people, many children, young people and GBV survivors lack safe spaces to process trauma and build resilience.
At Taraji Learning Hub, we focus on closing this gap by using creativity through art and play to improve mental well-being, empower communities and create supportive environments.

We work through these focus areas:

Art Therapy

Drawing, painting, collage, and creative tools to express emotions and process trauma

Play Therapy

Role-play, games, and storytelling to build confidence, empathy, and healthy relationships

Peer-led Mental Health Models

Training youth leaders to provide community-based emotional support

Psychological First Aid for GBV Awareness Support

Strengthening peer clubs to prevent and respond to gender-based violence

School & Community Outreach

Bringing therapy programs directly to where children and youth gather
